Summary	04537: Year is entered twice by the date picker when using yyyy-dd-mm
Description	When I use the datepicker to select a date, I get 20102010-08-17 instead of 2010-08-17 The date format I used is yyyy-mm-dd (the last option in the survey details list of date formats).
Steps To Reproduce	Change date format to yyyy-mm-dd (the last option in the survey details list of date formats. Make sure the survey has a question with field type date or create one. Run the question. Press the "..." button. Select today's date.
Additional Information	Build = 9046. save.php was updated with build 9063 version (see issue 4530).
