When adding or editing subquestions in an array(texts) or array(numbers)
debug mode is on
get error

Notice: Undefined offset: 1 in C:\xampplite\htdocs\limesurvey\admin\database.php on line 996

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in C:\xampplite\htdocs\limesurvey\admin\database.php on line 996

Steps To Reproduce

turn debug mode on
create a array(texts)
add subquestions
click save

i dont get this error in other array questions
