Summary04488: Unabel to add anser options with + sign
Description

When I try to add answer option to the question with + sign, no new line for answer option appear. But if I click 'Save changes' after I clcked on + sign, the new answer option appear.
Also, sometimes when I remove an answer with - sign, and try to save changes, I get message 'Error: You are traying to use dupliacte answer codes.'

I use Internet Explorer 8.
In Firefox is working fine.
