Summary04471: Editing questionnaires in dual language surveys
Description

I am using Limesurvey for all kinds of feedback forms & surveys and sometimes simply fordigitizing hardcopy pollings. in such casese, the quality controll people sometimes need to change entries in the questionnaires. as they enter the "edit this entry" the questionnaire changes from their language choice to the primary language of the q., no matter what they do. this is tiresome, as they do not necessarily have the language skills in the base language.
It would also be great to be able to choose the export language for the raw data fulltext.

Steps To Reproduce

• generate a questionnaire with more than one language
• put in at least one question with different wording in question and answer for both languages
• fill in one entry
• view the entry (possible in both languages, although only valid for the question text, not the answer text (would be great if this worked for both)
• try to edit the entry -> voila: only the base language can be displayed.

I CAN reproduce the problem using the attached survey and the latest SVN version. When viewing results the question and answer texts stay in the base language and "questiontext" is shown instead of "Fragetext" (which is entered at the question text field) if you switch to German language.

The error also occurs when

  • editing the data set or
  • viewing response details or
  • exporting results (though I think this is more or less a not implemented feature?)

At the statistics screen there is a "Statistics report language" setting. If this should take the question/answer texts in the chosen language this is NOT working, too.

When browsing or editing a response now the chosen language is respected now.
