Summary04435: confirmation e-mail duplicates last sub-question until another one happens
Description

I tested saving a response to my active survey and I correctly received an e-mail with detailed information from the response.

However! There was a small error in the way the data is displayed. On a question without a sub-question, it will continue to print the last sub-question until a new one is encountered.

Attached is the e-mail so you can see what I mean for your self.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. In the edit survey screen, set "Admin Notification" to "Detailed email
    notification with result codes".
  2. Set the "Email responses to" field to your e-mail address.
  3. Take your survey!!
