Summary04386: Problem with export to application - Excel, Word
Description

Hi,

I have started to use LS 1.9 beta 3 build 8745. I run it on local installation at PC for development and testing purpose. Everything worked fine until I tried to export answers from survey.

Export to excel or word has many lines with message Undefined index or Undefined variable and there are no answers. Export to VV seems to be OK I just wasnot able to get special characters right, no encoding, including UTF8, seems to provide correct results.

Steps To Reproduce

export results to application (Excel, Word)

Survey was not anonymous and selected fields from token table are exported. File with export is attached.

When trying to export data of the sample survey to any format I get the following errors:

I uploaded survey where I saw problem with export for first time, but I tested export from some other survey later on with the same error messages.

When testing the attached survey and trying to export results to any export format I get:
