Summary04321: Error when importing template from 1.87+ (8158)
Description

I exported a custom template from my live system (1.87+ 8158) and tried to import it into 1.90beta (8691). The import fails with the error message: "Incorrect permissions in your folder."

It's a clean installation of 1.90b on my test system.

The folder <LimeSurveyRoot>/upload/templates exists. I can create a copy of a 1.90 standard template, and that copy appears as expected in upload/templates.

Additional Information

Exported template file is attached. I can re-import it correctly into my live 1.87+ system (after renaming the zip file to avoid a naming conflict).
