Summary04158: Wrong header when exporting results of a dual scale question
Description

When exporting results of a dual scale question the header which should contain the question code contains much more (useless) information:
"dualscale [Friends][1-en_dualscale_current] [Friends][1-en_dualscale_current-en_dualscale_current] [Friends][1-en_dualscale_current-en_dualscale_current-en_dualscale_current]"

second scale:
"dualscale [Health][1-en_dualscale_current] [Health][1-en_dualscale_current-en_dualscale_current] [Health][1-en_dualscale_current-en_dualscale_current-en_dualscale_current]"

Steps To Reproduce

The problem doesn't show up when chosing "Abbreviated headings", only for "Question codes" and "Full headings".

Just take a look at the attached XLS file, columns C-H.

I also attached a simple sample survey for testing.

Looks to be fixed by Carsten's sub-question feature.
