Summary04122: Update to 8366 causes SQL error
Description

I updated to 8366 and receive the following error message after answering the first question:

You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'group by type' at line 1:SELECT type FROM lime_questions WHERE qid= group by type

When turning on debug mode I get

Notice: Undefined variable: value_qid in .../limesurvey/index.php on line 1288
Notice: Undefined variable: value_type in .../limesurvey/index.php on line 1288

Additional Information

Tried to upload former index.php (8312) and get this message:
