I think this problem is only reproduceable, if conditions are in use. |

Fixed in revision 7810. It was a problem with the up/down reorder buttons being disabled when conflicting with conditions. I changed the class applied to the disabled buttons and styled the new class to remove height and borders, reduce opacity to 50% and force the cursor to default. |
