Summary03611: Problem with INSERTANS-Conversion, if INSERTANS are use in Javascript code
Description

I can't import the attached survey structure (provided by wrduncan) with the import option "Convert INSERTANS".
If I try to import the survey structure without the option "Convert INSERTANS" the import is working fine.

At my first & quick look the attached survey structure used INSERTANS inside javascript code, e.g. the source code of the first question the second group.

Ah yes, I have tried to cycle through some possible answers that users provide during the survey to give them some pointers to the services that we offer. We are a non-profit agency, and sometimes we have people saying that they weren't aware of some of the programs we offer.

If they answer that they have had issues with paying for utilities for example, that link goes at the top of the list, otherwise it goes on the bottom of the list. Fairly simple, but was trying to make use of some of the features already in LimeSurvey!
